Shipping Time: We offer fast and reliable shipping options to ensure you receive your vinyl tiles promptly. The estimated delivery time will vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method. You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

  1. International Shipping Fee: All country free shipping.
  2. Damaged or Lost Items: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer support team immediately, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Return Period: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the vinyl tiles must be in their original, unopened packaging and in unused condition. If the product is damaged or used, we may not be able to process your return

Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Inspection and Refund: Once we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it within 2 business days to ensure it is in good condition and meets the return eligibility criteria. If the product is approved for return, we will process your refund using the original payment method.
